Although Friends series was broadcasted on NBC from September 22, 1994 to May 6, 2004, the series handed up among Iranian youths on DVD in high definition, so what the series continues in syndication worldwide. When these series began to broadcast in the USA and other countries, it received different points of views throughout its run and became one of the most popular sitcoms of all time and many researchers and numerous psychologists investigated the cultural impact of Friends during the series running time. So in this research, we try to survey the influences of these series on lifestyle of Iranian youths. Lifestyle typically reflects an individual's attitudes, values or their world views. Therefore, a lifestyle is a means of making a sense of self and helps to create cultural symbols that will reflect their personal identity .Surrounding social and technical systems can constrain the lifestyle choices available to the individual and the symbols that a person is able to project to others and the self. (Spaargaren and VanVliet: 2000)In this research, we use qualitative methods and information has been gathered by in-depth interview to represent the effects of these series on lifestyle of Iranian youths. In  the study “Globalization Theory” and “Ritualization Theory” are used. The participants in the interview are 5 women and 5 men who are19 – 30 and living in Tehran.At the end of the research, the majority of the interviewees disclosed that Friends series has affected on their attitudes, not on their manner. They believed that the Friends have caused them to get used to American lifestyle.
