Lost and Found
We request that if you have found an item that you believe someone lost, to please hand it in to the general enquiries desk in the foyer of the Helix. If you have lost an item - please also go to this desk to see if it has been returned.

Will the conference papers be available online later?
After the conference, heads are invited to send papers they want to be made available on iamcr.org for registered members of the association only. Only papers sent by the heads with authors' approval are posted.

Spouse, Partner or Fiancée accompanying you to Dublin?
If you are a registered attendee at the IAMCR conference in Dublin and if your Spouse, Partner or Fiancée is accompanying you to Dublin and you wish to be able to bring him/her to one of the social events, then you will be able to purchase a special guest badge. This will cost 50 Euro and will enable you to bring your Spouse, Partner or Fiancée to the social events planned for the Tuesday and Friday evenings, 25 and 28 June.

Transportation to the Conference Venue - from and to Dublin Airport
Dublin Bus routes 16, 41 and 41B travel from the airport to the DCU area.
Get off the bus at Collins Avenue Extension (ask the Driver as there are no announcements). Cross the road at the junction - follow the signpost to DCU, the main entrance to DCU is a 10 minute walk along Collins Avenue.

*note EURO COINS ONLY! Dublin Bus drivers do not take bank notes nor give you change.
Conference Shuttle - Monday 24th and Tuesday 25th only
The conference organisers will provide a free shuttle service from the airport to the Helix in DCU. The bus will be branded with the DCU logo and depart from the coach park once per hour on the hour during the following periods.
Monday 24th June: 4pm to 10pm (4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, 10pm)
Tuesday 25th June: 9am to 9pm (9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm)

Transportation to the Conference Venue - from hotels
Transportation to and from hotels to the conference venue in the mornings and evenings will be provided only for the conference participants who book hotel accommodation through our partner website (excluding the Regency Hotel and DCU Campus accomodations which are in a walking distance).

Multiple-Authored Paper, Only One Author attending
During the days 2 and 3 of the conference, we will have an office facility so that the single author presenting the paper (and representing all the other authors) can request and receive from us a formal and signed Letter confirming that the paper was presented at IAMCR conference 2013.
* update: Participants can receive the Certificate of Attendance at registration, The Space in the Helix.
If you require the certificate with Presentation Title and co-authors, please email info@iamcr2013dublin.com to state your requirement. We will send the PDF next week. Apologies for the change and thank you for your understanding.

Student Membership status
If you are a claiming Student fees and Status, please get a signed statement from your supervisor on official notepaper from your university, which confirms your student status.
This should be completed within 5 days of your Registration and sent as attachment via email to : info@iamcr2013dublin.com

IAMCR trial membership
The trial membership is the individual fee (high/low) + 40 Euro.
They enjoy the benefits of members until the end of the year, except they cannot vote (which only matters in years with a GA so not applicable to Dublin).
They are expected to consider joining IAMCR as full members in 2014.

Why the URL change?
Our hosting/domain name service provider for the .com address encountered some glitch when upgrading the server early in June, so we acquired .org address and hosting with another service provider to create the replica. However, you may have noticed, the email address stays the same old iamcr2013dublin.com to avoid further confusion, and fortunately email server was not affected much.
